A soft, neutral palette forms the foundation of the design, allowing the natural beauty of marble, stone, and linen textures to take center stage. Matte gold accents appear throughout the apartment, adding warmth and a sense of luxury without the shine of polished finishes. Combined with matte black metal details in the lighting and custom furniture, these elements create a contemporary aesthetic that feels timeless.

A recurring design feature is the use of slatted surfaces, which introduce rhythm, texture, and depth while reinforcing the modern character of the interior. These are thoughtfully paired with gypsum moldings and architectural details that reference classic design, resulting in a harmonious dialogue between contemporary minimalism and timeless elegance.

One of the project's greatest challenges was the limited size of the living room. Rather than compromising comfort by fitting a dining area into the main space, we proposed transforming the balcony into an extension of the interior. By designing it as a seamless continuation of the apartment instead of a separate outdoor space, we created a comfortable dining area that feels like part of the home while preserving the openness of the living room. The owners embraced the idea, and it became one of the defining features of the project.

The result is an apartment where modern and classic influences coexist effortlessly, creating an atmosphere that is calm, refined, and enduring. A home that feels luxurious through restraint, thoughtful materiality, and timeless design.
