ArchZone participated in the international Global Architecture & Design Awards 2019 in the category “Interior – Commercial (Concept).” Its proposal for the LAB Boutique Hotel in Plaka was distinguished among 2,000 participations from 40 countries all over the world, taking first place. The aesthetic and concept that ArchZone followed give the hotel its special identity, addressing the demand of a large target group comprising visitors who have an interest in our country’s history, seen through a modern prism. At the same time, the design becomes an experience, challenging the visitor to photograph the hotel’s spaces and promote them via social media. As a result, the hotel enjoys recognition, which further contributes to its commercial success.
