Tracks were installed on its beams to provide full lighting throughout the residence. The kitchen brings the green colour of the island into the interior. This, combined with the large openings, creates a unity with the surrounding space.

With regard to the exterior space, the aim was to design it from scratch. This included shaping the land, defining planting areas, pathways and spaces for visitor use. An important design feature was the addition of an infinity pool, lounge and dining areas. The pool, overlooking the sea, is the first image that greets the visitor upon entering the villa. A built-in bed, which appears to float due to the concealed lighting around it, has been installed as a central relaxation area.

The lounge area has been created at a lower level than the ground floor and consists of a built-in sofa with a bio-ethanol fireplace at its centre. Wooden pergolas have been constructed at certain points in the villa to provide shade and to define certain uses of the space, such as the dining area and a small living room.
