Town House in Chalandri

The outdoor spaces were designed following a minimal style at different levels in order to address the owner’s needs, such as relaxation, eating, swimming. The levels created separate the various functions of the space and give the town house’s outdoor areas an aesthetic boost. Special metal constructions were designed exclusively for this project as part of the lighting plan; together with the additional lighting fixtures, they complete the lighting of the space. The pergolas have been placed in specific positions in order to create shading as needed during the day. The metal illuminated special construction creates ambient lighting in the monastery-style dining area. The market research for the furniture completes the interior design of the town house by combining it with modern materials and textures.
