Concept Project: The design concept for this holiday home focused on the creation of a modern, minimalist space using custom concrete constructions. The built-in concrete furniture in every part of the house adds functionality and creates a coherent design throughout.
The use of concrete is not only interesting visually, but it also provides a practical, low-maintenance solution ideal for a holiday home. Another strong design element is the boho details throughout the interior in the form of fabrics, eclectic patterns, and natural textures.
In this way, a warm and welcoming atmosphere is achieved, balancing the coolness of the concrete and creating a modern and elegant retreat that fully aligns with its seaside setting..

Description of 1st level:
Starting with the first-floor residence, two major changes were made in terms of its layout. First, the creation ofa comfortable open-plan kitchen and living room meant that the size of the second bedroom had to be reduced. Second, the fireplace was moved from the center of the space, and its new location served to better utilize the view and the natural environment. In this way, a cozy corner was created in the living room.
The wooden roof dominates the space, giving it a unique rustic character. Moreover, a mix of natural materials such as rattan, bamboo and jute were used, creating a relaxed and bohemian atmosphere.
The living room features a large, comfortable white sofa complemented by a woven jute rug and wooden side tables. The kitchen is built with white concrete and features wooden cabinets and open shelves, combining warm rustic elements with minimalist elegance.
The bedrooms with their white cement walls, large windows, large comfortable beds made of fabric and wood, and beautiful boho artworks create a harmonious and peaceful retreat ideal for rest and relaxation.
We incorporated planting throughout the residence to bring the outdoors indoors and create a connection with the surrounding landscape.
Overall, this residence combines natural elements and a bohemian style to create a calm and welcoming retreat.

Description of ground floor:
The ground floor has low ceilings and visible foundations.

This particularity was a key feature of the design and was fully utilized by inventive interior arrangements.

Built-in levels were created for the beds and the kitchen area, which added functionality as well as a modern touch.

The low beams are an important element that was integrated into the overall concept for the residence: the impressive design and approach of these beams adds depth and makes the space more interesting, warm and welcoming.

Black color in various design details gives a dynamic feel to the ground floor. The contrast with the light colors creates a modern effect. What is more, it gives the space a youthful style, adding an air of power and confidence. Black in the metal elements was combined with wood, adding elegance and style to the design. Overall, the use of black gave a fresh, youthful and modern feel to the ground floor area.

The owners were impressed by the transformation of the residence and its new layout. The upgrading is strongly evident in the apartment’s newly acquired functionality and comfort.
