The owner envisaged the construction of an entertainment space that aligns with their hobbies, such as watching sports or playing video games, and hanging out with friends. Moreover, the space was also intended for get-togethers and parties.

The new space would include a bar with billiards and other games, a recording studio, a control room, a private cinema, and a gaming room.

Key feature of the space is the imposing bar, which is in the center of the floor plan and connects all spaces.

As this is a semi-underground space located in an apartment building, great emphasis was placed on sound insulation, good acoustics everywhere, and lighting.

The new space called for specialized planning and implementation, including:

• energy upgrade
• ire safety/protection; slow-burning materials
• sound insulation and acoustics with sound-absorbing panels
• audiovisual infrastructure and systems for the recording studio, control room, cinema, and gaming room
• ventilation, sound traps
• lighting

ArchZone carried out the architectural study, interior design plan, technical studies, coordination, construction, and supervision of the project.

Moreover, we oversaw all equipment and furniture, with delivery down to the last detail, based on 3D renderings.

The peculiarities of the space such as the low height, but also the required infrastructure and facilities created a high degree of difficulty.

Our challenge was to create an optimally functioning space featuring the appropriate technical infrastructure, consistent with the construction’s aesthetics and details.

All necessary systems were integrated in an inventive way, in full alignment with the interior design.

The design aimed towards a warm, dynamic, atmospheric space. A combination of different elements and materials was used to support this unique aesthetic with elegant details.

The design incorporates classical elements that convey an aura of prestige. Moreover, it includes black elements, as well as brass details on lighting fixtures and special constructions.

The project was successfully concluded within 8 months.

The result was a vibrant, pleasant space, where the occupants can enjoy themselves
