Duplex Apartment in Dionysos
Year of construction
Total Floor Area
ArchZone took on the complete architectural and interior design study as well as the construction of a two-story residence in Dionysos.
The study and construction were carried out with bioclimatic design and sustainability in mind.
Key elements of the design were the owner's needs and the integration of the building into the environment.
Among the things we considered were orientation in relation to natural light and climatic conditions, as well as the view and morphology of the plot.
The main facade of the building features strong structural elements, enhanced by the dominant square bulk in projection.
The cube is painted in a different color to the rest of the building, thus giving the impression that it is floating.
The minimal style extends harmoniously to the interior design, especially the fireplace construction: this construction consists of an energy fireplace, a TV area and a hidden wardrobe storage area.
One of the key design elements is the interior staircase that connects the residence’s four levels.
The basement houses the auxiliary areas, and the ground floor features the open-plan living room and kitchen.
