Addition of Swimming Pool & Reconfiguration of Outdoor Space in Nea Makri

The project involved an outdoor space reconfiguration plan with the addition of a swimming pool and the reconstruction of an existing two-story complex.

The goal was to give the outdoor spaces of the residences new functionalities and to create a separate entrance for pedestrians and vehicles in the limited space of the plot.

Steps and lighting elements were used to clearly demarcate each residence and give it privacy.

The water element – provided both by the waterfall wall and the swimming pool – offers a sense of calm.

The reconstruction of the facades aimed to provide a sense of cohesion in the design and harmonize the building with its surroundings.
